Mamelani's Wellness Program was recently listed on The South African Social Investment Exchange (SASIX)

In 2008 Mamelani was voted one of Shoprite Checkers Community Project's of the year.

Mamelani Projects, in partnership with The Homestead Projects for Street Children, has been asked to pilot an independent Living Skills Program for the Department of Social Development in Khayelitsha.

Mamelani's Wellness Program was featured in the Swiss Human Rights Book series, which focuses on the right to health.

Over the last 4 years, 6 participants from Mamelani's Program have been selected to represent South Africa at the Homeless World Cup.
