Monika is the Operations Manager at Mamelani. Her role in the organization is to ensure the smooth running of programs. She is also responsible for financial management and staff development. She has 10 years experience in the NGO sector, having spent the last 7 years as the Director of a Mental Health Organisation in Khayelitsha. She is a qualified Clinical Pastoral Therapist and has worked extensively in mental health services for children and families.
